The SPECTA MIKADO 832 is a powerful, compact and easy-to-use tool for strapping flat and round loads with polyester straps.

It is applied in metalworking, wood, building industry. Compared to an electric tool, it provides a greater tensile force, as well as high binding rigidity.
Bonding is done by friction welding. Tension and fastening control is carried out with one hand. Welding and tensioning can be done independently, so tension adjustment from zero to maximum is possible. The maximum tensioning speed is about 6 m/min. The minimum diameter of the round surface of the strapped load is ≈700 mm.
The strength of the welded bond is min. 75% of the strength of the tape, reaching an average of 85%. The quality of the bond depends on the quality of the tape.
