September 23, 2019, Specta Group opens Specta Central Asia – a new business unit with an office and a warehouse in Almaty, Kazakhstan .

November 12-15, 2019, VDNH, Moscow, Russia:  more than 560 companies from 35 countries will gather for the 25th anniversary International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo 2019. Among them will be the world leading metallurgical companies: ArcelorMittal, Danieli, EVRAZHolding, Magnitogorsk Iron&Steel Works, NLMK Group, Severstal, TMK, United Metallurgical Company etc.

Copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, lead, nickel, chrome - all of those are non-ferrous metals with unlimited ways of use in modern industry. Production of metals in this group has certain peculiarities, one of them is the surface quality for the finished product –oxide film, excessive grain and porous structure.

On September 26 - 27, Brussels saw Labelexpo 2019, world's largest event for label and package printing industry. Specta representatives visited the stands of companies from China, India, Japan, Europe and came to a conclusion that the world of labeling solutions is developing rapidly and digital technologies play a crucial role in it.

The Iron & Steel 2019 International Conference took place in Riyadh from 16 to 18 of September. The event of that scale is held in Saudi Arabia for the first time. The conference was attended by 850 delegates, including representatives of leading steel manufacturers from all over the world. Specta was represented by Erik Helin, CEO of Specta Group and Michael Odicta, Head of Sales in the Middle East region.

Testing of a new material designed specifically to be used in the metallurgical field has been completed by Specta engineers. Increased temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and enhanced adhesion are the parameters that have been tested for the new material. Specta Ultraplast 813.AR has successfully passed tests and proved its right to be used in one of the most heavy-duty fields of production.

As part of its marketing program, in September, Specta will take part in the woodworking industry exhibition ExpoDrev 2019 in Krasnoyarsk (Russia) in the form of absentia participation, which involves placing of information about the company on various exhibition media and participating in various exhibition events. 

Six students from Russia, Germany and the UAE came to Specta to take part in the training program. The internship is aimed at familiarization of teenagers with all stages of packing strap production and involves full immersion into the process — students not only learn how the enterprise works, but also become part of a team of professionals, seeing the company's work insight.

Gifted youth has received awards from Specta

Advisory committee of the charity fund “The country of thousand lakes” named the best students who will receive grants and special scholarships from Specta. Traditionally, annual awarding of the most talented and promising charges of the fund takes place in summer, after all the necessary documents have been considered.

Specta became a member of «Clean Country» Association uniting organizations with a responsible relation to a high-level waste recycling. The decision on the membership was made by the Association Council at a meeting that took place on March 18.
