This chopper model is distinguished by increased power and a dual feed drive. The drive of both feed rollers allows the device to process waste quickly and efficiently, making it suitable for cutting large volumes of tangled plastic belt, 19 mm steel metal belt with locks, lightweight wire and other industrial materials. The versatility of the C450 allows it to be integrated to collect edge waste in a steel strip or steel chip slitter line.
The 0.75 kW motor provides an excellent feed speed of 36 m/min and high productivity. The knife block of one stationary and one rotating knife provides a cut length of just under 8 cm. The wide loading chute makes it easier for the operator to feed the waste into the device. The chopper can be equipped with a reliable table on wheels (option).

How it works
Introduce the material into the loading chute. The pinch rollers will grip the material and pull it towards the rotating blades until the material feed stops or until the operator stops the grippers with the release lever.
