In 2008, Quality Management System of VolgaStrap LLC that manufactures steel and PET straps under the SPECTA brand was certified by DNV company in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. In 2017 it was re-certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and obtained certificate No. 71603-2010-AQ-MCW-FINAS applicable for design, manufacturing and sale of steel and PET strap.

Control over compliance with all necessary requirements to raw material and manufactured product quality is implemented and strict adherence to technology and standards is ensured at the VolgaStrap LLC plant. A good deal of attention is paid to manufactured product quality control; the enterprise laboratory has all necessary equipment, tools, methods & guidelines and personnel qualifications to inspect and test finished products and incoming process materials.

The enterprise uses cutting-edge technology, energy saving and ecologically safe systems and is fitted up with modern automated equipment of European origin. Installed at the facility are rotary-slitting, thermal treatment and coating lines.

In 2007, grand opening of the plant took place, and after that SPECTA became a winner in the Week of Metals Moscow contest, in the Most Attractive Investment Project category.

To enable steel strap consumers to assess the capabilities of VolgaStrap LLC as those of a strong and reliable partner that manufactures and supplies quality products, the following audits were carried out at the facility:



SPECTA experts are involved in designing tools, in view of their personal experience and also customer feedback, in the context of operation conditions at CIS facilities. SPECTA’s branded tools are adopted to and designed for heavy duty operation specifically. Tools are manufactured at specialized assembly plants.

All SPECTA brand tools undergo mandatory control both at the assembly plants and the SPECTA company office before dispatch to a customer. A quality certificate is issued for every tooling batch. Additionally, a 6 to 24-month warranty is provided, depending on a model.

SPECTA Service Department carries out warranty and post-warranty tool servicing through our 20 offices located in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Germany, Finland and UAE. Servicing is performed both in SPECTA’s regional offices and at customer facilities, by means of our service engineer visits.

Experienced personnel, qualified and certified by equipment manufacturers, provides quality technical support and innovative servicing technology. A variety of servicing contracts, preventive repairs, telephone consultations by our specialists guarantee high quality servicing in line with market requirements.
