SPECTA MIKADO 820 HT is widely used in metalworking, wood and construction industry. It provides greater speed and tension, as well as high rigidity binding.
The bond is produced by friction welding. Tension control and bonding is performed with one hand. Welding and tension can be made independently, so that the tension can be adjusted from zero to maximum. Maximum speed tension is about 6 m/min.
The minimum diameter of the circular surface, bind cargo is about 700 mm.
The strength of the weld bonding is min. 75% of the belt strength, reaching an average 85%. The quality of bonding depends on the quality of the strap.
