SPECTA ASAHI 823 is widely used for tying polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP) straps for various flat and round surfaced loads: bags, packs, bundles, boxes, pallets, etc.
Bonding is carried out by friction welding.
It is a compact tool. Due to the battery drive it is very mobile. A new digital system for adjusting the tension speed and welding time is used.
There is a protective plate made of stainless steel (option).
The maximum belt tension speed is 14 m/min.
The minimum length of the flat surface of the strapped load should be 120mm, the minimum diameter of the round surface should be 700mm.
A light, compact battery of a new type – lithium-ion (14.4V, 1.5-3 Ah) has a large capacity, built-in electronic chip. There is no memory effect.
