The customer fills it in, describing his question in detail, and attaches photo or video materials. The request is immediately forwarded to the relevant technical director for consideration.
Within 1 working day the client will receive a qualified consultation: Specta’s technical specialists will offer a solution to the problem or clarify information for additional elaboration.
